Blues festival will take over the Landers Center | Arts & Culture
(WMC-TV) - There's no need to pull out your blues albums next weekend. Some your favorite musicians will be in the Mid-South to let you know “The Blues Is Still Alright.” The Landers Center will host the 10th Annual Memphis Tri-State Blues Festival.
Todd Mastry, executive director of The Landers Center, said, “Memphis is the Blues and the Landers Center is proud to have hosted the Tri-State Blues Festival for the last 9 years, and we are really looking forward to celebrating the 10th year with Heritage Entertainment and the best Blues show in the Mid-South.”
This year’s lineup includes Bobby Rush, Clarence Carter, Sir Charles Jones, Denise LaSalle, and many more blues artists.
