(WMC-TV) – A woman who ran over a Southaven grocery store worker twice last year has been sentenced to 15 years in prison, according to prosecutors.

Dynesha Shields and two other women tried to leave the Schnucks on Goodman Road without paying for cigarettes and toilet paper, according to investigators. The clerk followed them to the car and after a heated debate, Shields ran over the woman twice.

Shields was sentenced to 15 years in jail and 5 years of post release supervision.
