Davis proposes pay hike for city workers | News
(WMC-TV) - Southaven city workers will get a 3 percent pay raise if Mayor Greg Davis' budget is approved by the board of alderman.
Davis released his budget plan Thursday and says taxpayers won't pay more under his proposal and the city won't have to dip into its reserve fund.
